Room and Rates
  We offer three tastefully decorated rooms with Queen size beds, private baths, and incredible views of Seneca Lake. Check our Photo Tour to see the rooms and the house up close and personal.
  • All rates are based on double occupancy and we serve a Full breakfast.
  • Check in time is 3pm to 8pm (Special arrangements may be made), Check out by 11am.
  • Rates: $125 per night, + tax (8% New York sales tax, and a 3% county lodging tax).
  • Deposit: For advance booking, send 50% by check or money order—secured up to 14 days from time of booking.
  • Cancellation: Up to 14 days before arrival date.
    (If less than 14 days, then we will only refund the deposit if the room is rebooked.)
  • Smoking is permissible outside, only.
  • We do not accommodate children under 14 and No Pets.
